The following situations are possible.
Purchase information is not being reflected in the app.
There is a possibility that your plan's purchase status is not reflected in the app.
Tap the plan status area at the top of the main menu to open the plan status screen. Press the Refresh button in the upper right corner of that screen to update the status to the latest.
If this is still not reflected, try the following
- Restart the application
- Restart the device
Your subscription was cancelled due to a payment problem.
Your subscription may have been cancelled due to a credit card issue or other reason.
Please check the status in the subscription management screen of the Apple.

Different Accounts
If you have multiple accounts, you must be logged into the App Store with the account you used to purchase the subscription.
