The following situations are possible.
Purchase information is not being reflected in the app.
There is a possibility that your plan's purchase status is not reflected in the app.
Tap the plan status area at the top of the main menu to open the plan status screen.
Press the Refresh button in the upper right corner of that screen to update the status to the latest.
If this is still not reflected, try the following
- Restart the application
- Restart the device
Your subscription was cancelled due to a payment problem.
Your subscription may have been cancelled due to a credit card issue or other reason.
Please check the status in the subscription management screen of the Google Play Store.
Check your subscriptions & renewal dates
- Go to your subscriptions.

- Open the Google Play app

- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions

- Under “Subscriptions,” check the list of subscriptions for expired subscriptions or subscriptions with declined payment methods.
Different Accounts
If you have multiple accounts, you need to be logged into the Google Play Store with the account you used to purchase the subscription.
